Ethan has a wealth of experience litigating commercial and employment cases ranging from State and Federal investigations and allegedly anti-competitive business conduct to large scale arbitrations of business disputes and nine-figure breach of contract lawsuits. Ethan spends a great deal of his time counseling clients in employment-related disputes, often working with State and Federal agencies or litigating before a variety of courts, tribunals, and administrative bodies, including first chair trial and arbitration experience.
